Living in the Midwest we experience all kinds of different weather. Thankfully this outdoor kitchen can take it all. It is certified to hold up to 50 lbs of snow and stand up to winds 100 mph! I don’t know what it is about Northern Indiana, but we have been getting some ridiculous winds lately. I was a bit worried the first night we had it set up but of course it didn’t budge.

Ok, now let’s talk about the fun features. From left to right is the mini fridge that holds way more than we expected, over 6 feet of food-grade stainless steel counter space, storage for days, a 5 burner propane grill and a concealed slide out trash can – all under roof!

The grill itself is a showstopper, with 5 burners AND a built in slow roast rotisserie the options are endless for mealtime! We recently hosted 25 people for my son’s birthday and we were able to grill all hotdogs and brats at the same time. This kind of convenience is a must when feeding tiny, hungry humans (IYKYK).

Here’s a snapshot of how I utilized the kitchen for my son’s party. I had way too much fun turning this space into a concessions stand for his baseball themed birthday party. It was absolutely perfect!

We couldn’t be happier with this new addition to our backyard. It truly feels like our own little oasis. I know we’ll be preparing countless meals out here this summer for our family and friends. If you need me, you know where I’ll be. 👩🏽‍🍳
